A.  No All 25 administration fleet vehicles meet the Green Star Rating, one hybrid vehicle at <7L/100km, all others are within the council policy of fuel consumption <11L/100km. Utility vehicles have switched from petrol to diesel where possible and all meet the Euro 4 emissions standard.
